KEY FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION TOWARDS FOOD E-DELIVERY DURING THE MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER IN KLANG VALLEY, MALAYSIA
Abstract
This paper aims to investigate and identify the factors that influence customers’ satisfaction towards food e-delivery during the movement control order in Klang Valley, Malaysia that includes the areas Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Klang and Setia Alam. The use of SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) has implemented to analyse this research. This study uses purposive sampling to carry out the study. The respondents are only to users who uses food e-delivery service in Klang Valley. A total of 384 respondents were collected in this research. The results show that web design has the highest level of satisfaction 319 (83.1%), followed by service quality at 317 (82.6%) and price at 284 (74%). The results show that there is a moderate linear relationship between service quality, price and web design towards customer’s satisfaction in Klang Valley. There is a moderate level variant (R=549a) (R=.302b) that explains the customers’ satisfaction towards food e-delivery. This research framework consists of service quality, price and web design that was adapted from Lee, Sung, & Jeon (2019) & Lu et al (2019). This study can bring benefits to different parties’ members such as stakeholders, business partners, consumers, and future researchers.

A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF FUTURE TREND OF FDI INFLOW INTO DEVELOPING AND DEVELOPED ECONOMIES
Abstract
The world is witnessing a change on the geopolitical and economical front. Developed economies are facing a decline in their economic influence in the world economy while developing economies are getting noticed in geopolitics and on the economic front. FDI as a key variable of economic development contributed a lot to the economic development of economies. A comparative study of the past trend of FDI inflows into developing and developed economies showed an increasing trend in developing economies while a strong variance is noticed in the FDI Inflow trend in developed economies in the previous decades. The projected value of FDI inflows using the ARIMA model showed an increasing trend in developing economies while a declining or constant trend in developed economies over the next decade. The projected value of FDI inflows in the coming decade follow the same trend in the past.

FACTORS OF RESISTANCE TOWARDS E-WALLET BY PEOPLE WHO AGED 40 AND ABOVE IN MALAYSIA
Abstract
Electronic-Wallet is also known as E-wallet or digital wallet is one of the applications that people used to make payments. According to a Mastercard Impact Study 2020, Malaysia leads other countries in South-East Asia in the usage of E-wallet at 40 percent. Although the number of Malaysians using E-wallet has increased from 2016 to 2020, the number of E-wallet users in Malaysians aged 40 and above is still lower than expected. Hence, this study aims to identify the factors of resistance and their relationships towards E-wallet by people aged 40 and above in Malaysia. The information obtained from this study can assist the E-wallet service providers, financial institutions, and also researchers who wished to explore further in this study. The model engaged in this study is the UTAUT model and the TRA model that focuses on six main factors that include NU1, NRA1, NPR1, NA1, NB1, and NS1 are the main variables. The research is quantitatively based via questionnaire and responded by 198 people aged 40 and above. The result shows that behavioral intention (DV) has a relationship with all the factors in this study with all the significant value of less than 0.05 in the ANOVA test.

SOCIAL MEDIA IMPACTS ON SPORTS EVENTS PROMOTION
Abstract
The adoption of advanced technology in digital media which social media for promotion are increasingly utilized by people all around the world. Social media becomes a significance platform and sophisticated for people and it is changing the way in their daily lives. The social media impacts towards the promotion of sports events in Klang Valley is examined which conducted in this research study. The impacts consist of brand building, engagement of audiences, cost effective and informative. Moreover, the 378 targeted respondents who are private university college students in Klang Valley are given the survey questionnaires to collect data and determine the results or findings. The data which obtained from the targeted respondents will be analyze by utilizing Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software. Based on the results of qualitative and findings, the impacts of social media as independent variables have a significance relationship with the promotion of sports events. Furthermore, the result also indicates that the most contribution or influence towards promotion of sports events. Throughout this research study, the researcher able to gain knowledge of social media impacts towards promotion of sports events. There are some limitations that met when completing this research study and recommendations are provided to improve for the future study. Hence, this useful information about social media impacts towards promotion of sports events are provided for the future researchers.

CUSTOMERS’ PERCEPTION OF GREEN HOTEL: A STUDY IN KLANG VALLEY, MALAYSIA
Abstract
The issue regarding environment become more serious. Many people start to realise that this issue would bring negative impacts to their life. Green hotels are, in most cases, appreciated by many people for the simple fact that it is protecting the earth. It is necessary to investigate and understand the way people think about green hotel in Klang Valley area. This paper aims to examine the relationship between customers perception of what are the practices that green hotel should conduct. This study will identify four core factors that would influence the perception of potential customers toward green hotel which are environmental purchasing (EP), energy management (EM), water conservation (WC), and waste management (WM). This study will provide literature search to support this study. The limitations in this study are limited coverage targeted area, limited variables and use most convenience sampling methods. Besides, this study will conduct 385 sample sizes to ascertain the relationship of CPGH and the four core factors. This research will conduct reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, and correlation analysis.

Manufacturing industries mainly convert components through chemical processes into unique products with the aid of power-driven machines. Challenges in the manufacturing industry organization have become critical due to the advancement of technologies in this globalization era. In Malaysia, the manufacturing industry faces a big impact by Covid-19 in the year 2020. Therefore, this study review Covid-19 pandemic on manufacturing industries and proposed solution by industry 4.0 implementations. Industry 4.0 should be an alternative solution to improve productivity during the pandemic.
