CASH COURIER IN MONEY LAUNDERING: CRIME OPPORTUNITY APPROACH
This paper follows a normative research methodology of law and will
combine through a collaboration with business economic approach in the
analyze process in order to expose the opportunity of conducting money
laundering through cash courier. The proper detection mechanism of cash
courier will play an important role to prevent money laundering. There are
two mechanisms that use in cash courier, declaration system and
disclosure system. In some countries, which are using custom declaration
as its mechanism will lie on the honesty of person. The mechanism of
treating cash courier in money laundering and considering whether it is an
administrative violation, or a criminal violation, or a civil violation will be
important to be criticized. It should be reconsidered that cash courier in
money laundering is a crime, thus should not put it as merely an
administrative scope of violation. The administrative sanction would not
be proper to handle it. The problem of cash courier would not be a simple
problem to be solved. It needs ideal concept and framework to be
constructed which is based on objective methods for what law can do to
handle, and further will assist to prevent and eradicate money laundering.
This qualitative research paper that follows content analysis method
provides better insight into cash courier in money laundering and the role
to be ensured in detecting mechanisms.

Alms and Awards: Reflections on Meaning Liabilities In celebration
of the Prophet's Birthday -Maudu 'Lompoa-. This study aims to
discover and interpret liabilities (liabilities) in the ritual celebration
Maudu 'Lompoa Sayyid communities in Cikoang, Takalar. Husserl's
phenomenology as an approach and analytical tools in this study.
The results showed that the celebration of 'ritual' Maudu 'Lompoa
(Prophet's Birthday) carried out by Sayyid community, in Cikoang,
Takalar is a manifestation of their love of the Prophet Muhammad.
The celebration was also pointed out that Maudu 'Lompoa not be a
burdensome obligation rather is a medium for giving awards and

EXPLORATORY FACTOR ANALYSIS ON FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE SHOPPERS PURCHASE DECISION THROUGH E-COMMERCE
E-commerce is buzzing word in today’s generation where a rigorous
study required last one decade there is an exponential growth in ecommerce industry, so the aim of the present study is to analyze the
various factors that influence the shoppers to prefer online shopping.
Study was undertaken at two tier cities in Andhra Pradesh i.e.
Rajahmundry, Vijayawada & Tirupati cities. Exploratory Factor
analysis is used as a statistical tool for the study. The data is collected
primarily from a sample of 1200 from the shoppers. The findings
show that there are 4 major factors with Eigen value greater than 1.0.
The factors with highest scores are Economic, product, convenience
and credibility that influence more on shoppers.

DETERMINANTS OF JOB SATISFACTION: QUALITATIVE CASE SURVEY
Job satisfaction can be defined as degree of positive feelings or
attitudes that individuals have towards their jobs. Job satisfaction is
important technique used to motivate the employees to work harder.
The employee’s satisfaction and retention are critical to conduct of
business in the competitive marketplace and business environment
today. This study investigates the employees and to evaluate their
job satisfaction level from the perspective of bank employees. The
qualitative research method as in-depth interviews and selfadministered questionnaire were design and used to obtain and
explore specific information about the values, opinions, behaviors,
and social contexts related to employees and their job satisfaction
level. Factors such as promotion, work condition, relationship with
co-workers and superior, supportive management, role clarity,
contribution and self-expression and challenge are found important
for improving job satisfaction of bank employees in Industrial Bank
Berhad (IBB)*. The result of study revealed that relationship with
superior is the most vital factor for influencing job satisfaction of

Followership is the resultant manifestation of any good
leadership. The followership comes only when the followers
believe the leaders ability to induce better trust and
confidence on the leader’s decisions. Tan Sri Azman, a
Malaysian the business leader believes that two components
of successful corporate is good leadership and enlightened
management (to create and to sustain), which needs, creating
a healthy culture and a congenial workplace environment for
