Abstract :

This study aims to examine the level of knowledge and awareness about eating disorders among female students in Bachelor of Counselling at the Faculty of Education, University of Malaya. Through this study researcher can determine the severity of eating disorders among female students. This study is expected to provide awareness to students about the effects and disadvantages to be faced if they continue to practice a poor healthy lifestyle and poor eating habit which can lead to health problems. 70 respondents were sampled from students in the Faculty of Education. Female students who are enrolled in Bachelor of Counselling have been and are involved to ensure the success of this study. Researchers have used questionnaires to collect information about students' opinions and preferences on this research topic. The results of this study show that students are having problems eating indirectly in their daily lives.
