Business internationalization become a common trend in different industries. Logistic industry plays important role in the world for the process of internationalization. It also a fast-growing industry in these days. Many companies have set up their business in other countries. This case study is about GN Express internationalization to Malaysia. GN Express is one of the biggest logistic company and providing comprehensive of services in China. It operates for 25 years in China while only seven years in Malaysia. Today, GN Express services coverage more than 200 countries. Based on “belt and road” initiative has cross to Malaysia, so Malaysia is one of the important markets for GN Express to exist with provide the costefficient services. The research of GN Express expands market to Malaysia is using several analysis methods. As a result, recommendation of GN Express more on marketing and services expansion.
