Abstract :

This article was written to provide a positive light on psychology in bringing benefits to any organization through employees. Psychology has always been associated with mental illness or instability, but studies have shown otherwise. Employees’ positive state of psychological disposition can be a great asset to the growth of the organization. Authenticity, hope, optimism, resilience and selfefficacy are some of the key elements of employee psychological capital that needs to be understood and nurtured.
