Abstract :

Malaysia afford several thousands of foreign workers. Due to high service commitment, more foreign workers are employed in food service industry. Nevertheless, these foreign workers have to face several employment oriented challenges in order to continue their employability. Following the case study this particular research explore the issues pertaining to foreign workers continuous employment in Malaysia. Over-workload, Communication, threat of son of soil issue and several maintenance factors were the real challenges narrated by the foreign workers. The paper provide better insight into the issues Foreign Worker’s challenges in Food Service Industry.
